Seacoast

Seacoast
As the name implies, the Seacoast region is known for its short, but impressive, shoreline. Here the local food scene is ready with fruits and vegetables, as well as fresh seafood. With only 14 percent of the state’s farmland, the Seacoast region still boasts one of the highest total number of farms and a highly supportive customer base. Though the farms are small, the diversity of year-round local food options is remarkable.
