Held at Wright-Locke Farm as part of their 2017 Speaker Series, this workshop will go over the way in which the American Dietary Guidelines are beginning to include sustainability in their recommendations.  Renee Barrile, nutrition professor at UMass Lowell and Registered Dietician, will lead the workshop and Q&A session following.  Come early for a "Paper Plate" Supper at 6.
